Don’t Miss The Exit

Life often feels like a loop, where we repeat the same trials, face similar situations, and encounter the same types of people. I challenge you: set aside emotions and take the next exit when it appears.

Too often, we see the exit sign but ignore it. We hesitate, and as a result, we relive the same trauma and drama. Just like buildings have multiple exits, God provides us with many opportunities to move on. We must recognize the signs, remove emotional barriers, and take the exit when it’s time. Missing the exit means going in circles, retracing the same painful steps.

When you spot your exit and have assessed your surroundings, take it—and don’t look back.

I often reflect during trials and ask God, “Did I miss the exit?” The scripture from 1 Corinthians 10:13 reassures us:
“God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with your testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.”  God always provides a way out. Don’t miss the exit.
